He was able to get a lead on a house before it even went on the market, because of his connections. He has such a great sense of pricing - from making an offer to a counteroffer to repairs needed on something during an inspection - he was spot on during the entire process. Once our offer was accepted (with a bidding war, that he guided us through), he was at the house constantly making sure everyone showed up for inspections and repair estimates and guiding us through the entire process. He knows his stuff. It is so apparent. I was in awe of every step I took working with him. Even our lender made several comments throughout that Austin was exceptional at his job, and really cares about his clients. I really cannot rave about him enough.
