Austin Krock has been a Realtor® since 2013, but has entrenched himself in all things real estate for over 20 years. He left a career in the financial sector of the entertainment industry to focus full-time on his passion: real estate and investment property acquisition. Austin’s hands-on approach to income property analysis, staging, remodeling, landscaping, interior design, and landlord/tenant relations comes a welcome revelation to clients. Don’t let his youthful appearance fool you, his moral compass and expertise are the reasons why his clients hire him above seasoned local competitors.
Austin has been a part of Vista Sotheby’s International Realty since its 2015 inception and specializes in buyer and seller representation. His SOLD properties range from condominiums, townhouses, and starter homes to luxury coastal properties and multi-unit apartment buildings in some of the most affluent, and industry competitive, neighborhoods in Southern California. While he considers Hermosa Beach and the greater South Bay his “home”, as a native Southern Californian he’s serviced clientele in familiar neighborhoods throughout greater Los Angeles County; including Whittier, Venice, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Pasadena, and Glendale.
Education: Austin holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
Giving Back: Austin volunteers time with the Knights of Columbus and has regularly traveled to some of the most impoverished cities in Guatemala, helping construct homes and providing handyman service at local schools and girls’ orphanages.
