REDONDO BEACH
Redondo Beach is the largest, and most affordable, of the three beach cities that make up the South Bay. At over 6 square miles, this city attracts residents, and visitors, from all over to enjoy King Harbor Marina, Redondo Beach Pier, Riviera Village, and the Esplanade just to name a few. Homes are as diverse as the city. Many of the historical beach bungalows exist to this day and new townhouses and single family residences are being developed yearly. The city is split into two. North Redondo Beach is comprised of four neighborhoods: Villas North, Villas South, El Nido and Golden Hills. South Redondo Beach consists of 4 neighborhoods: North of Torrance Blvd., South of Torrance Blvd., West of PCH, and Hollywood Riviera.
